About You

You are a committed Catholic educational leader who actively nurtures the personal and professional growth of yourself and your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and long-term sustainability. You bring a strong commitment to the mission and life of the Catholic school, paired with a passion for evidence-based pedagogy, instructional leadership and a strategic approach to whole-school improvement focused on student success. At your core, you lead through relationship, building respectful, trusting partnerships with staff, students, families and the parish priest to create a collaborative, supportive and vibrant school community.

You will have attained the following:

  • postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field
  • the requirements of Category E in the Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach and Lead or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)
